To make sure you are full prepared please see below some frequently asked questions (FAQ’s) to make your visit to us even more enjoyable.

Can I buy food and drink on site?

Yes, you can. We will have a bar with a full offering and a mouth-watering BBQ on site from 6.00pm

Can I bring my own food?

You can bring picnics with you should you wish, sorry we do not allow portable BBQ's on site.

Do I bring my own seating with me?

Yes, you bring your own seating, so bring along your picnic blankets and chairs so you can sit back and relax. If you have a high-backed chair then please be considerate to others and sit near the back.

Is there parking on site?

We have ample parking on site and there will be signs directing you to the car park on arrival.

If it rains will it be cancelled?

What's a little rain between friends?! If it rains we just need to call upon the Great British spirit, dress accordingly, and live for the moment.

What if the event is cancelled?

If the weather and ground is not suitable for the event to proceed then we will let you know with as much notice as possible. We would then postpone and rearrange the date for as soon as possible, and you will be given tickets for the new dates. Should you not be able to attend, these queries will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Are dogs allowed?

I’m afraid only guide dogs are able to attend this event.

When should I arrive?

Gates will open from 6.00pm for you to secure the best seats and enjoy our BBQ and bar. The films will start at 7pm and approximately 9pm.

What should I bring with me?

A blanket or seat, warm clothing and a torch.
