What precautions are you taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
Self-care and wellbeing have never been more important.
We are following the most stringent advice from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and implementing protocols as advised by public health authorities including Public Health England (PHE) and NHS England for the safety of everyone.
Our employees, agencies and contractors have been fully briefed on the latest requirements and are working to ensure that the highest possible standards of hygiene are maintained throughout our business.
All of our facilities and services are open as usual and we are ready to welcome you.
All reservations require full payment to make a booking. In the unlikely event that you should need to cancel your reservation the following terms apply:
Hotel Stays (Transient)
For any transient reservation booked before 31st August 2021 for any future arrival date can be changed or cancelled without charge, up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival day.
Spa Days and Stays
For any Spa Days & Stays booked before 31st August 2021 for any future arrival date can be changed or cancelled without charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival day.
Tribute Nights and Stays
For any Tribute Nights & Stays booked before 31st August 2021 for any future arrival date can be changed or cancelled without charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival day.
Cancellation of Hair Studio appointments will incur a 50% charge 48hrs prior and 100% charge within 24hrs of your appointment.
What is the maximum group size you can accept?
The Day Spa can accommodate groups of up to 16 guests

Redeeming a Gift Card
If you intend to make payment for your treatments or Day Spa Package by Whittlebury Park Gift Card, please inform Reservations when making your booking and bring your Whittlebury Park Gift Card with you to present to The Day Spa Reception on arrival. Failure to do so may result in full payment being requested.
Whittlebury Park Gift Cards only can be redeemed online. If you wish to redeem a gift card from a third party, please contact Reservations on 01327 850489.
What can I spend my resort credit on?
Resort Credit that is included in a package (Seventh Heaven, Tranquillity, Serenity Spa) is applied at the time of your check in and can be used across the Estate. As a resident the credit is applied to your room enabling you to charge back to your room to use the credit. You can charge drinks, golf, spa products, afternoon tea or anything you wish whilst you are with us. Any credit not spent during your stay or day with us is voided at check out. Please note that resort credit cannot be spent prior to arrival. Should you wish to purchase additional products or services prior to your arrival, these will need to be paid for at that time.
Travelling to The Day Spa at Whittlebury Park
Directions to The Day Spa are available here, however our staff can print a personal route planner should you require it. When arriving at Whittlebury Hall, please park in the Hotel Car Park.
What happens on arrival?
• Please arrive promptly to the Spa at your specified arrival time. This will be given to you by our Spa Host, who
will contact the lead booker 48 hours prior to your arrival
• We will be operating a non contact temperature checking scan on arrival to give further peace of mind to our
guests. Should your temperature display at 37.8 and over, unfortunately we will not be able to allow you entry.
We encourage you to check your temperature prior to travelling to us, should you be showing signs of a temperature,
please stay at home and contact us to reschedule your booking
• On arrival you will be asked to complete a track and trace process as recommended by Government Guidelines.
This is a simple process that involves scanning a QR code on your mobile device or tablet and completing a few
lines of information
• The Spa Host will ask you our COVID-19 screening questions on arrival, before directing you through to the Spa
or Leisure reception area to check in
• In line with government guidance face coverings must be worn throughout the spa and hotel
• We kindly ask that you read and take note of any signage that is available and maintain social distancing in line
with Government Guidelines. Please note any ‘Maximum Capacity’ signage displayed at the entrance to our
changing rooms and thermal rooms in order to keep you and your fellow Spa-goers safe
• We have significantly reduced the maximum capacity of guests in each of our facilities at any one time allowing
for social distancing to be maintained
• Changing room showers will be available to use throughout your visit
• We’re going cashless! We will be accepting card and contactless payment methods only
The Day Spa is reserved for the use of adults at all times. Unfortunately we cannot offer treatments to persons under the age of sixteen. Young adults aged 16-18 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst visiting The Day Spa and will be asked to show photographic identification on arrival.
What refreshment and dining facilities are available?
Water is throughout the day with our compliments. Other refreshments and lunch will be served in The Terrace Café. A buffet lunch with iced water is included in all Day Spa Packages. Soft drinks and a selection of alcoholic beverages may also be purchased.
Smoking and mobile phone policy
For the comfort of all our guests, The Hotel and Spa are smoke free areas and the use of mobile phones is not permitted. A designated smoking area is available outside the Silverstone Bar in the main hotel.
Medical advice and conditions
Our therapists must consult your Medical Questionnaire and all treatments are booked subject to medical status. If you have had, or are suffering from any medical condition we strongly advise that you speak with your doctor prior to booking your treatments. On booking please advise us if you have any medical condition, allergies or COVID-19 symptoms in order that we may recommend suitable therapy.
The Heat and Ice Experiences are contra-indicated during pregnancy.
We advise guests over 16 weeks pregnant to book our mums to be specific package and treatments to ensure you are able to make the most of your visit. Please note if you book an alternative package or treatment this could result in not being able to have part or all of the package or treatment booked due to contra indications.
May we kindly request that you remove all jewellery prior to your treatment. Whittlebury Hall Hotel and Spa will not take responsibility for the loss of any personal belongings or jewellery whilst visiting The Day Spa. We encourage you to leave valuables at home.

All Bank Holiday Sunday's (New Year, Easter, Early May bank holiday, Spring bank holiday, Summer bank holiday, Christmas) are priced the same as Saturday rates.
What is the additional £50 per room per night for?
A ‘pre-authorisation’ is not a charge. We require all guests to provide a valid credit or debit card on check- in. We will pre-authorise your card for any additional charges which you may incur during your stay with us.
